14:00 (lost count on rounds but I am pretty positive I did 10) pull up’s with a red band. Busted out the double unders but the pull up’s are getting the better of me.
23:02, RXd. First few rounds of pullups were decent, then they tanked, rapidly. Double-unders started horribly, then improved as I was going along, culminating in a string of 9 on the last round.
And I learned today that the new shampoo I’m using really doesn’t go well with torn-up hands. Does someone want to come wash my hair?
lol. I don’t think the old shampoo would either. I learned today that driving is also something that does not go well with torn up hands… well, as long as you don’t have to turn, I guess it would be fine.
24:25… 23:24… 24:23? Something like that. Almost all pullups on red band. The final two on the blue. First time on the red! (I understand from observation that one is supposed to put an exclamation point after moving up a band. I dunno.)

5 PU no band , had to use band for rest of the rds.
7th rd dropped to 8 PU
8th & 9th dropped to 6 PU
last rd 3 PU ( pathetic, I know) 20yrs+ out of the Corps and I lost my kip. Arms are like noodles.

You have a small following up north, Summit PD boys, Paulo, Ray and Lou. Great job and you are correct, I am hooked. Killer WOD’s. What is rx’d? I’m new, forgive me.
Love it Lou!!! RX means as prescribed… just a bit of CrossFit lingo… so if I put a weight down and you do it as I have indicated (or as presrcribed) you don’t usually put the poundage down…. just short hand AS RXd or RX. Sometimes the prescription is by my design, other times it’s from other CrossFit boxes or from CrossFit headquarters. You guys will have to make a road trip one day and do a wod down here with us…
BTW, Paulo left me a message in a comment but we’ve been doing a nutritional challenge in the box this week and I’ve got hundreds of comments out there… He can shoot me an email at todd_katz@hotmail.com or he can call me at 703 930 4379 happy to answer any questions he has.
Travel WOD in Madrid for me:
Warmup – half mile run around Plaza Mayor, 15 air squats, 10 double unders
WOD – 100 Burpees for time on the cobbles outside of Plaza Mayor – 7:36
Cool Down – jog around Plaza Mayor, 10 air squats

had mtg..repeated snowbound travel WOD of 100 situps, pushups and airsquats..10:08..pushups were my bitch..took forever but never left the toes
