    40 thrusters (Rx @ 45lbs)
    20 burpees

    Time: 25:50

    Also, dad and daughter 3 miler, 23 burpees (I am SO done with burpees today!), and some KB work (swings and snatches). Thank you Crossfit Fife for letting me train with you guys today…..I had a fantastic time :)
