Get it Done “Volume II”

50 Front Squats (115/85)
50 Hang Power Cleans (115/85)
50 Clapping Pushups
50 Weighted Situps (use a 20# slam ball)

Coach’s Notes: Scale all weight and exercises as necessary. Get the above tasks completed in any order you like.

    This Time: 13:14, 56# front squats, box jums instead of pc, regular push ups, 15# slam ball

    13:38 RX weight, mod = only 20 HPC. Thanks Sal for being my conscience… cleans felt great today… absolutely zero arm discomfort. Even so a solid 2 minutes slower than in May. But again, damn damn damn happy to be picking up weight again. PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE!!!! The payoff is huge!
