    ended up switching to knees round 7-ish

    Felt like i did more rounds. Push ups were the killer topday, but Sarah hooked me with the legs kick on Ppull ups and the light finally went off.

    **This is the first time a kipping motion came naturally and the pullups were not my weak point (strung all five together throughout the entire workout). The pushups were my weakest link…….
