135 lbs. felt a lot heavier than I remember! I had several I failed to “catch” in cycles 3 & 4, so it took longer to get 3 good ones each round, but it felt like I was at the right weight for me to really push the strength aspect of the workout. Hopefully next time I’ll do it as Rx.
