First time getting to a body weight clean for the 196 attempt.
Great work today 3 pr’s on the clean and jerk that’s awesome. The clean with your body weight that is solid.
65, 75, 88, 98, 118, 138, 158, 163…felt good today so i went an extra round to get 5lb more. Great working with Scot and Frank today.

Mod front squat – 42, 72, 112 (pr), 132 (pr), 142(pr), 162 (F), 162 (F)
Not sure if I’m getting stronger or if my squats are starting to not suck so bad.
First fail was a little better then the second; needed to be quicker with the squat.
65,85,95,115,126,135,146(f)
Great job today Ali!!! Words can’t describe your awesomeness!!!
FANTASTICAL chica!! I need to come watch you 2 to see how it’s done, I’ll bring pom pom’s. You’re kicking xfit’s dupa (aka coolie, a$$, butt, badunkadunk,…u get the point).
65, 75, 88, 98, 118, 138, 158(Fail). Clean good. Jerk – use more legs. Thanks to Scot and Billy.
95,115,145,145,155(f),155
Way to rock it G!
95 lbs, 100 lbs, 105 lbs, 110 lbs, 115 lbs, 120 lbs, 125 lbs
Note: Split jerk from rack 1 rep max is 140 lbs., could of gone a tad heavier today but the back has been hurting lately.
Great work T! While analysing my technique I laughed hard when I saw you in the background :]
Always up for making ppl laugh, even if at my own expense. Post up the pic/vids somewhere so we can see how super awesome you kicked butt today!
135,155,175,193.8,205 (press out on the jerk),205(F)
Just barely a press out there too. Its only a matter of time before you nail it.
65, 75, 88, 98, 118, 138, 158 – multiple attempts on 158 and eventually a press out. Great working with Billy and Frank
45 56 65 76 81 85 90f
so awesome to work out with Kate and Katelyn……
73, 83, 88, 93, 103, 108, 113
95, 115 (F clean), 115 (F clean), 115, 126, 135, 146 (F clean), 146
PR by 1# and about 2# more than bodyweight
95, 115, 145, 161, 165, 171, 175 (PR)
Thanks for working with me coach Todd!
65, 75, 80 (f jerk), 80, 86 (f jerk), 86 (f jerk), 95 (f), 91 (f jerk)
For 86, was finally able to get overhead, but pressed out each time. However, 86 is a max overhead for me, and 91 is a max clean.
Good work this morning Cindy!
Like I told ya.. you’re deceptively strong..err deceivingly..aw cripes…u know what I mean.. awesome job!!
hmmm… is that a compliment? I dunno… it *kinda* sounds like you’re saying i look scrawny but am mysteriously able to lift larger than average weights…
whatever, I’ll TAKE it
Hello McFly…of course it’s a compliment!!! You aren’t crack addict skinny, but long N lean…don’t get it twisted..shooooot.
pleasure all mine..love your input..not the clean queen like you…
way to go on the PRs! Very good stuff!
135, 185, 205, 225, 245(f), 245(f)
didnt have the juice today. great job everyone especially all those PR’s I saw
Didn’t have the juice?? 225 lbs is not something to sneeze at (that’s the right geriatric saying right?)
45, 56, 65, 76, 81, 85, 90 (barely)!
Thanks for making my morning Kate and Cheryl — I’m always much happier on Mondays and Tuesdays after seeing you all
65,75,75,85,85,95,95
taking things slow – first time heavy jerking since last Sept.
Weight went up pretty easy, but held at 95 to not overdo on shoulder and arm.
Solid work Sarah! Great to have you and your amazing strength back in full action!
thanks Darbs! Maybe about 75% action
You crushed today girl! Doing your momma proud – haha!
an inspiration… “held at 95…” reminds me of part of a quote lovely Carol sent me a while back and I keep reading over and over again:
“… let me look upward into the towering oak and know that it grew great and strong because it grew slowly and well.” – Orin L. Crain
Can we get a WHOOP WHOOP!!! I’m literally doin a cheer for you right now in the kitchen…that’s right all 5’9 3/4′s of me was a cheerleader.. BAHAHAH
Is Lexi giving you that blank stare?
45, 56, 65, 76, 81, 85, 90
Thanks, Cheryl and Katelyn, love seeing you both!
65, 85, 95, 106, 115 (PR), 126 (PR), 135 (F)
I realized after the WOD that I just cleaned and jerked my body weight!!!! Great working with Mighty Mouse Darby this morning……..I am always chasing her
Congrats ALI! Way to c&j that wee bit up
Proud of you!
Now that is just darn FUN! Congrats!
ATTA GIRL!!! That’s awesome!!
Great lifts this morning!!! Sorry I wasn’t there to see it.
95,100,105,110,115,120,125
Rod – Let’s see a couple “fail”s on there next time! Push it baby – I know you can do more!
you are right Rich. I should have gone heavier even if I failed.
Mod
9 X 3 Pull Ups
1 x 4 Pull Ups
Bummed i couldn’t do the workout. Still having back issues. Did an 8 minute ice bath. That sucked…
95, 115, 126, 135 (Fail on Jerk), 135 (Fail on Jerk), 135 (Fail), 135 (Fail)
126 is a PR for Clean and Jerk, 135 is a PR for Squat Clean
95, 115, 135, 155, 175, 186f, 186(p)r push press – need to work on form for jerk – first time doing the WOD – Thanks MAZZ
MOD Front Squat:
115 warmup
126, 135, 143.8, 155 (PR), 160 (PR), 165 (PR), 169.4 (PR)
I think I could have failed at 175, but barely. Ran out of time. I’m so freakin’ psyched!
Thanks Shaun for saving me on that last one with the ever popular “Elbows up!” — that did the trick at a tricky spot.
OMG! Amazing front squats!
Fantastic Dina……you are a front squating machine!!!
I love that your warmup is like my max.. you are DIESEL!!..OMG just realized more than half of your numbers are PR’s..YAHOOO!! & super stoked to see you stopped at 7
Dina in the hizzzouzzz!
65, 75, 80, 86, 91, 95(f), 95. PR was 89.2 Footnote on all of these is clean squat needs alot of work on getting tall and getting down fast with the elbows
44,53,63,71.8,74,78.4,83(F)
185, 205, 225, 225, 225, 245(f), 245(f)
More pressing than jerking ….. The jerk/overhead technique is the weak link …. Wish I could have stolen some of Dina’s mojo today
Ha! You were doin’ great. With each try you were pressing less, jerking more. Honestly! You’re training your body to do differently. It will happen.
130, 141, 151, 155, 175, 196, 201, 215 (PR). Need to start higher next time and try to finish between 230-240. Great work out! Thanks Shawn & Todd
Nice numbers Ryan!!!
Heres surpise another first but since Im the new kid on the block I can say that. Had to do a MOD for my front squats require work safety is key here.
45,55,60,65,69.4,71.6,76 weight seem to go up easily the heavier it got. I look forward to when I have form nail for I can’t wait to see what I can max out as.
45, 55, 65, 75, 85(press out), 85 PR, 95 (fail on jerk)
*Note to self to remember not to muscle the weight up but to use hips and shrug. Also need to remember to engage my core on the higher weights. Crunched the back a little on the last jerk. Taping wrists helped today. No wrist pain.
**I think this is a PR for the clean and jerk. I don’t remember ever doing the two together. I think I’ve gone past 100 on the clean. I need to start at higher weights to get a PR next time. I had nothing left for the 95# jerk.
Thanks to Shawn and Todd for the coaching!
95# below parallel
135# below parallel
155# below parallel
185# parallel
200# F
195# not so much parallel

cool down 1 mile run 7:38
95, 115, 135, 155(PR), 175(f), 166(f), 166(f).
Terrible technique on clean – jumping back, causing bar to be too far forward. Killing me.
Thanx Tim for partnering. Thanx Shaun for coaching!
Todd had referenced the 10/04 workout for WOD – that was my first day at Crossfit. I worked out with 75lbs that day.
45, 55, 60, 65, 69.4, 71.6, 76
Need to continue to work on my clean, bringing bar up to soon, need to get full extension then get under bar (hope thats the right lingo)
Need to cancel my 6.15PM spot if anyone needs it.
45,55,65,75,85,95 clean, no jerk

95, 115, 135, 155, 165 (PR)
Never came close to doing 165 before. Took me 3 tries to get the 65 up, but I did it.
135-165-175-175-175-185-195(f)
Maxed out @ 130.5# I don’t remember what my other rounds where, but 130.5 was the max I could do.
135, 155, 175, 195, 205 (PR), 215-Fx2
Back felt bad this morning so did the 6:15 class. Failed on the squat clean on first attempt at 215. Squat clean 215 on 2nd attempt but failed on the jerk.
Annie Amped Up
50-40-30-20-10 (DU, sit-ups, push-ups)
20:41 (think about 4 min. slower than last time…welcome back from vacation)
65,85,95,115,126 PR,135(F x 3, one I was able to get down in the squat but had to dump it)
chasing Darby and Ali again!
Probably the only person who gets upset/mad about getting a PR.
Seriously though I KNOW I could have gotten 135 it didn’t feel THAT heavy. It just wasn’t there tonight.
Thanks to Katona for helping me tonight! I was happy to have you there!
63, 74, 83, 94, 99F, 100.8, 100.8, 102.8F on the jerk
135,155,175,195,205,215pr,225*2(f)
Better in the squat legs are still very far out. Keep working the mobility.
115, 135, 155, 165, 185, 196 (clean), 205 clean (F)
135, 155, 175, 185, 195, 205 failed, 205 ugly but made it.
Oh yeah cool down ran 2 miles.
95, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155 (f), 155 (did push press on jerk)
