DU killed me. I couldn’t string more than 2 in a row together. On a positive the SUs didn’t kick my but this time.

Hotel gym didn’t have a slam ball (go figure) so I replaced those with 50 lb. American db swings.

Post WOD challenge was a 3 Minute mini-WOD of 400M run and max Burpees – 400M run was 1:21 with 27 Burpees.
no rest for the wicked. ur a friggin lumberjack this week out there.
He’s a lumberjack and he’s okay…he works all night and he WODs all day….lalala
Happy happy I didn’t have to MOD this one…Although I would say I did this workout cautiously…
