Coach’s Notes: We did a similiar WOD back in August but as a task priority. Compare number of rounds completed to times: 100813

    Hotel gym didn’t have a slam ball (go figure) so I replaced those with 50 lb. American db swings.

    4 rounds plus DUs, SUs, and 17 swings.

    Note to self: work on air squats form should not suffer because of fatigue…..

    Legs felt like rubber after yesterday’s front squat WOD…

    Post WOD challenge was a 3 Minute mini-WOD of 400M run and max Burpees – 400M run was 1:21 with 27 Burpees.
