The last two or three sets were a struggle so I think the weight was about right. Strict pullups suck.

rounds 5 & 6 I was on press the whole 2 minutes not even doing pull ups and i didn’ t think that’s how WOD was programmed to be (bc I’m a coach and all) so I took off 10 lbs to fit in 6 measly pull ups total for rounds 7 & 8. Need to work on strict press form bc traps were beat up.
