I always seem to struggle with power cleans but I was able to get my toes to the bar and wall balls felt really good today! Great day at the box!

Pretty excited by that – 125# is my 1RM max on power clean (although that was probably 2 months ago) so to get 25 @ 123# feels good.

The T2Bs were the hardest part. I could do 5-6 then transitions to knees as high as I could get them for the rest of the round.
