I knocked the first 16 or so out with no breaks. Just hit a wall somewhere around the beginning of the set of 15 and had nothing left in the tank. I think for next time I need to focus on getting under the bar faster and locking my arms out… I wasn’t getting under fast enough and as a result was having to press out the bar with my arms, which (being much weaker than my legs) couldn’t take it.

Not a good day. Started off the wod with 75# (little bit light, but left wrist was hurting) and I did the first 21 push jerks, and then started to do box jumps and my “uterabs” hurt so bad I couldn’t even do a box jump. Tapped out and rowed a 1600 while everyone continued the wod.
1600 row is not easy!
Last minute change of plans at work and I can’t make my 5:30 class if anyone wants it!
REALLY wanted to do this one too.
A bit of a disaster, but still, oddly — fun. I had not the foresight of Ali.
Started at 116#. By the last 5 or 6 in Round 1, I was reduced to split jerks. In the middle of Round 2, split jerks were not cutting it… dropped to 103 pounds and finished the workout, barely. Grateful for the box jumps!
