once you got that grip widened…looked GREAT! Way to push the weight today, Leigh!
12:30 – 75#, skinny orange band
Pullups were easy w/band, next time mix in without band and do 85#.
After, tested clean and press of 115#. Did 2 reps without issue.
16:00 @ 95#
10:26 (55#/green band-need to work on form and could probably go to blue band for a few pu)
8:26 @ 95. I think I did the round of 2 twice – I got a little confused at the end and couldn’t remember if I just finished 3 or 2 so I did it again, just to make sure.
