  2. Kasey says:

    6 am open

  3. Atacan says:

I had to switch to the 5:30 PM class today. My 6:30 PM class slot is open. Thx!

  4. Shawn says:

SP: 95, 115, 125, 130 (pr), 135 (f) – had it up but had some knee wobble so no rep
PP: 135, 140, 145, 155, 155 (not sure if this was the progression but ended with two sets of 155)
    PJ: 135, 140, 145, 150, 155

Great working with Jon and Travis today!

    • Jon says:

      You did great!

      • TK says:

Thanks for letting me work in with you guys today. I didn’t write my #’s down so I’m going based off of Shawn’s here –

        SP: 95, 115, 125, 130, 135, 140
PP: 135, 140, 145, 155, ??? – Not sure what my last round was here, but most likely is was a PR and probably in the two hundreds if not three hundreds give or take a few lbs.
        PJ: 135, 140, 145, 150, 155

  5. SP: 45, 56, 76-f, 70, 72.2-f
    PP: 65, 75, 85, 90 (f-3)
    PJ: 75, 85, 95 (f-3), 90

most push jerks had baby presses at top. arms really hurt. think my overhead work needs to be mobility only for awhile especially with the games around the corner.

  6. Darby says:

    SP 63.83.93.113.123(PR)
    PP 88.104.118.129(2)
    PJ 93.93.118 (drilling the technique)

I’ve added 8# pounds on my strict press in one week… Happy!

ALWAYS a good morning with my sisters Holley and Alison!

  7. Eric says:

    Press – 135, 145F
    PP – 160 pr
    PJ – 155(3)

Ran out of gas and time.

  8. drewish princess says:

    SP: 65, 75, 95, 105, 115(f)
    PP: 95, 105, 115, 125, 130(f)
    PJ: 125, 125, 115, 120, 125 (some early reps were split jerks)

  10. dan says:

    SP : 105 (failed at 115)
    PP : 115 (failed at 125)

just a bad day all over – no form, no stability, no strength, no energy

  11. Brandon says:

SP: 75, 95,115,135,140 5 pound pr. I think I’ve been trying to get passed 135 for a year

    PJ: 135,155,165,175,165

  12. Derrick J. says:

    SP: 115,135,145,155,160(pr)

    SP: 115, 125, 130, 135, 140 (PR by 5#)
    PP: 140, 150, 155, 160F, 160
    PJ: 135, 140F@3, 140F@3, Rest, Rest

140 is a lifetime PR. I think my 1RM PP is 165, so I’ll take that. PJ just reinforced that I’m the worst jerker on the planet.
