Reminders: Holiday Hours only on Monday. 8 am , 9 am, 10 am kids class. Please register as event.

In Teams of two complete the following work:

100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Situps
400 Air Squats

Coach’s Notes: Only one person can be working at one time. The other person must be resting in plank position. Team can strategize on how best to complete the task, but a team must complete one station before moving on to the next. Come up with a team name and tagline.

      Team Globo gym teamed up with Team Coop (an army of one). Team Coop finished in 14 min 10 seconds while Team Globo gym grabbed life by the horns and crushed today’s workout in under 35 min.

    Team C2 (C-squared) consisting of Caesar and Chris proudly earned DFL at the 8AM class with a time of 43:48. Blue band on pull-ups and some sloppy plank-holds.

    33:01 some no reps we re-reped out! PUPS were our least favorite, sorry worm. (Kippers, SU= discovered the vaseline, AS=Favorite)

      Plus half way we switched to plank on knees… My arms and legs are still shaking… signs of a great wod!! Oh yeah and the yelling of “Don’t count that one – It’s not going to count next week” haha – Thanks coaches for the extra push!

    Team “Hockey Moms” (Jill and Kistin) finished at 44:07. Used red and blue bands for pull-ups, and had to do planks on knees (and push-ups on knees) at the end.

    Team: TJ Security did it in 43:56. Welcome to crossfit for me. Great way to start with that test class…had to use Green band for pullups and did plank on knees by air squats and pushups on knees early in that set.
