PLEASE POST YOUR SCORES TO THE GAMES WEBSITE BY 3:00 PM SATURDAY. IF IT GOES IN AFTER THAT, THERE IS A CHANCE I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO VALIDATE THEM BY TOMORROW’S DEADLINE.

WOD 12.1
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Burpees

Instead of clapping above your head, you must jump to a 6 inch target measured from the tip of your fingers. Both hands must hit the target for the rep to count.

    Huge thanks to Jon Rankin for judging me today. Also a massive shout out to Marla and Jason for helping me get well again after pulling my trap really bad on Tuesday and getting me over my cold. Not the best way to start the open but I’m excited for the next 4 weeks :)

    Only had 4 minutes of oxygen. The other 3 sucked.
