Also, will someone who did 12.5 early and got a 3 or a 6 please post? The current box average of 71.5 reps is pretty intimidating ! :)

Big thanks to Coach Todd! I didn’t think I was going to make it out of the 9′s, but Coach Todd pushed me to get into the 12s! Was no rep’d 4 times on the C2B and that really killed a lot of energy. Gotta get more efficient with those.

  9. Tim N says:

Thanks Coach Todd! I would have never done that last rep without you.
54 was last years score, this crossfit thing really works!

  18. Peggy says:

65 Rx. Last year I did this WOD on 4/30, two weeks after starting CF and got 24 reps with 60# and chin above bar pull ups. Fun to see the progress I’ve made in 11 months!!

  19. stricklin says:

40 Rx. I was happy to get into the 12s with Coach Todd’s help, considering I’d never done a C2B pull up or a 100# thruster before today.

  20. Amanda Esposito says:

    79 Rx

Thanks Jon for judging and everyone at HDCF for cheering! That was a good one! and CONGRATS to everyone who did all the Open workouts the past 5 weeks!!

Congratulations everyone for surviving the 2012 Open……..lots of PR’s and new skills learned (T2B, C2B, heavy snatches, MU’s). Now starts the training for next year to get faster, stronger and more efficient :)

  34. Jon says:

60, plus about 10 pull-ups that didn’t count. I didn’t record my score last time, but I think I didn’t make it through the 12s.

  35. Rebecca B says:

    3 reps RX
Lots of pull ups just couldn’t connect my chest to the bar. Pull ups going back to the top of my list of things to work on.

    Great job everyone!
