A: awful practice, and I have a kick up, couldn’t get a solid one today… i am so much better in the evening
B: 185, 205, 235 felt the start of a pinch on lower right side and held off here.
C: 1:37.3 – failing at the end – need a little fuel this AM to keep this up, first 300 meters was really strong at a 1:35 split, but mostly it was because Drew was next to me and he was going faster than me
1) first time ever got my feet to the wall – but was on my head
2) 125 for 5…then jumped to 155 which I was able to do 2 reps. My previous PR in March for 1 deadlift was 143..so good improvement.
3) 2:09..not bad for me
B) 315, 335, 355, 375 (new 5 rep PR)…ran out of time for last set, but was probably close to done anyway
C) 1:30.7 (PR by 1.2 seconds)…just can’t break that 1:30 mark
A) handstand away from the wall for couple of seconds.
B) 75, 95, 105, 115(PR), 125(PR), 135(PR), 145(PR)
C) 2:04 – Kevin, thanks for the tip on the ‘slow’ part of rowing. I will remember that for next time.
A) Walked the length of the gym 3 times. Could go further but can’t turn around on my hands
B) 225, 315, 365, 385×4, 315 (there is a pr in there I think)
C) 1:30.2
Practiced kicking up (need to work on starting farther away from the wall and straight legs)

1:56
