    A) handstand away from wall for ~5 secs
    B) 185, 215, 240 (PR), 235, 215
    C) 1:43.6

120127 was 235# on the deadlift (so 5# PR) and 1:41.8 on the row. Deadlifts killed my legs so not a good number on the row today.

  4. A: awful practice, and I have a kick up, couldn’t get a solid one today… i am so much better in the evening
B: 185, 205, 235 felt the start of a pinch on lower right side and held off here.
C: 1:37.3 – failing at the end – need a little fuel this AM to keep this up, first 300 meters was really strong at a 1:35 split, but mostly it was because Drew was next to me and he was going faster than me

  5. Desiree says:

    1) first time ever got my feet to the wall – but was on my head
    2) 125 for 5…then jumped to 155 which I was able to do 2 reps. My previous PR in March for 1 deadlift was 143..so good improvement.
    3) 2:09..not bad for me
