Coach’s Notes: There is a 5 Burpee pentaly for any break once you begin an exercise. So for example, if you break on double unders, you must stop and do 5 burpees. If you break at 4 pullups, stop and do 5 Burpees… etc.

    I will put my over-under for tomorrow for somewhere in round 1 of the KB swings. When the WOD will start with 1 DU, 5 burpees, 1 DU 5 burpees…nothing good is going to happen.

    Noon rules: Only one 5 burpee penalty per set of DUs. 20 burpees in WOD, all during DUs. Made it through set 5 DUs without breaking. No idea how except that I was chasing b and he wouldn’t stop.
