I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in this year’s CrossFit for Hope benefiting St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. As an affiliate we’ve raised a little over 18,000 dollars. We can still raise money… all the way until June 24th!!!

Also, a big thank you to Patrick Smith for his generous gift. This was a first for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. And it was for great cause, which made it even more fun. Thanks to the Mel’s Diner team for all the encouragement, especially our captain who kept us on the straight and narrow. I am looking forward to the next one.
