I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in this year’s CrossFit for Hope benefiting St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. As an affiliate we’ve raised a little over 18,000 dollars. We can still raise money… all the way until June 24th!!!

800 meter run
10 Hang Power Snatch, 10 OHS, 10 Ring Dips

RX = 40% of Body Weight for Snatch & OHS

    modwod – 53# power cleans, push press, row, orange band ring dips for most, then switched to red on my way back down the ladder. got through my set of 8 at the 40 min mark.

    DNF; got thru the second 5, missed it by a few minutes; used 45# because of OHS; and red band for dips.

      Also, a big thank you to Patrick Smith for his generous gift. This was a first for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. And it was for great cause, which made it even more fun. Thanks to the Mel’s Diner team for all the encouragement, especially our captain who kept us on the straight and narrow. I am looking forward to the next one.
