    B) Had to mod after 1.5 rounds. Sore biceps tendon? Arms really hurt after 2nd rd pullups and I couldn’t even clean the bar for the PP. I switched to 135# DL x7 and 24″ Box Jump x7 and got in 7 more rounds.

    Thanks to Cindy for the in-Wod mod suggestion.

    I should have done more weight for part B but I wasn’t sure how angry my right shoulder would be at me. I also think next time I do pu I will be stepping down to the blue band.
