Tabata the following:

1) Annie

2) Karen

3) Fran

4) Cindy

Post Total Number of Reps and the load you used for Fran and Karen:

Coach’s Notes: One round of Annie is 300 reps, one round of Karen is 150 reps, Fran is 90 reps, Cindy, is 30 reps… You can track how far you get in each tabata protocol and the add all your reps at the end of the workout.

    314 Broken out as follows:

    Cindy – 120
    Annie – 116 that count. I did 1.5 rounds of situps and then managed to completely forget how many I had done, so I started over. (I really like double unders when I’m actually doing them smoothly)
    Fran – 37 Was pretty gassed at this point, and the thrusters weren’t pretty.
    Karen – 41 See note for Fran, but add the fact that wall-balls are the most miserable exercise ever invented.
