Let’s do some split jerking. Normally when we go heavy here, we work from behind the neck. Today, we’re going for a 1RM or heavy lift off the front of the shoulder. Remember to reset your feet before dropping and recover by stepping back with the front foot and then forward with the rear foot! Go get some PRs!
A) Split Jerk
20 minutes to work up to a heavy 1RM
(from front shoulder rack position)
B) AMRAP 10
20 Double Unders
10 Split Jerks at 65% of today’s 1RM
10 Standing lunges (lunge, touch back knee, and push back to fully extended standing position/feet together, not walking)
