My back is a hot mess so went 20# lighter than last time, but 1:28 faster. The time before that was same weight, but this time 1:32 faster. Kept the bar on my back the whole time and the 2nd run was just a whole lotta suck on the back.
9:18 @ 135# – this is 1:25 better than May 2 so very happy with the progress. Needless to say dropping 12 lbs since then in the nutrition challenge helped a lot!
