    My back is a hot mess so went 20# lighter than last time, but 1:28 faster. The time before that was same weight, but this time 1:32 faster. Kept the bar on my back the whole time and the 2nd run was just a whole lotta suck on the back.

    Weight was hard but probably the correct weight – had trouble with the second 800m run.
