For 10 Cycles:
As many rounds as possible in 1 minute on, 1 minute rest
2 Power Cleans (body weight)
2 Box Jumps 30/24

Post total number of rounds completed per cycle.

Coach’s Notes: 1 cycle lasts exactly 2 minutes…. 1 minute of work followed by 1 minute of rest. 1 round consists of completing 2 power cleans and 2 box jumps. Try to get as many rounds done in 1 minute. Then take 1 minute of rest.

    96 reps (2+2pc consistently, last minute was able to squeeze in a full 3 rounds), 95#, 24″ step ups
    feels good to get back into heavy pc

    Total mess today. Broke my jump rope during warm up. Had a catastrophic box jump fail that tore up both shins. Ripped by left hand on power cleans, and my form degraded badly. I just couldn’t work through the pain today.

    80-something reps @ 125. Had a couple rounds of 5 or 6 reps in there. Ugh.
