    B) DNF – 15 (135# thru 5 STO reps), 12 (115#), 9 (115#) got through DL, FS and 1st rep of STO

    STO still a weakness. Comes with the OHS issues. Have to keep getting shoulders stronger and more flexible.

    Good lifting with leo, mike and scott today.

    B. DNF-ego had to me start 95.2, got to first 15 STO and could only do 6 at 95.2 then down to 83, added weight back on for DL and FS then took it back to 83 for the rest. had 8 more STOs at cap

    B) 8:42 rx. Finished first two rounds around 5 mins but really struggled on the last set of 9’s. Almost got to see Todd puke, that means it was a good WOD.
