5 Rounds Each for time:

500 Meter Row
10 Stone to Shoulder
10 Turkish Getups 5 per side.

Take Full Recovery between each round. Post total time to commments:

Coach’s Notes: Pick your own weight for the stone and TGUs…. but make it suck! Only you know how bad it is. If it’s too easy, go heavier. Take a full recovery between each round… This might be 3 – 7 minutes…. you must go all out on the rower.

    WOD: 11:26, 14:16, 10:48
    -I used the 14″ stone, and a 55# barbell for the TGU (the first round i used 65# so the 14min round had a weight change.
    -Row split: 1:34, 1:56, 1:52

    - I used the 13″ stone for all rounds. I used a 45# dumbbell for round 1 and #40 for rounds 2 and 3. If we do this again I will try the 14″ stone.

    10 Stone to Lap (14″ or 15″ stones, depending on my form at the time)
    10 Pistols (5 each leg)

    I didn’t time each leg, but they were fast. I did 4 rounds.

    Used the 12″ stone and 26# kb each time…
    10:07ish, 9:40ish, and 9:20ish … can’t remember now what the exact seconds were.
    So must faster doing a few TG on one hand before switching, alternating each time took so much longer.
    I did get a 500m row pr today (that also made me want to puke) 1:43! I got to row with the big boys, I think that helped :)
