Vacation WOD @ Crossfit Buffalo:
A) 3×5 Pistols each leg
3×5 weighted Box Jumps (35# Dumbbells) – 20″
B) Front Squats sets of 5 – 135, 155, 165
C) On the minute – 1 Clean & Jerk (first two @ 155#, 3-5 @ 135#), 3 Muscle-up transitions, 5 Burpees – did 5 rounds. They then scaled the workout back to 2 Muscle-ups and 3 Burpees
Nice people and owner of Crossfit Buffalo, but a “little” less organized than Hammerdown and Todd. Looking forward to a bunch more WODs there before getting back.

Made the first rep @216 both times. Even though I got under it on the each of the second attempts I couldn’t stand it up.

After the WOD I rested for a few minutes and made 216 x2. I would not be defeated

I went light at the start to work on form. Specifically, I worked on the full squat. Next time I will start at 155 and go from there since I am now gettimg the full squat.
