    All,

    I know that we all get a lot of requests to support a variety of fund raising efforts and yes this is another one but please take the time to take a look and support this great cause. This year will be the Twenty Second Annual Untouchables Golf Classic. All the money raised benefits the National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund. This fund and the services that they provide are very near to me, my family and my coworkers. In the US, one law enforcement officer is killed every 53 hours.

    I have an informational letter to explain the cause further but basically we are looking for individuals or businesses to sponsor holes, provide donations necessary for the engraving of fallen officers name on the Memorial wall and donate merchandise and/or services to be raffled at the outing.       I am confused in the morning. Next time I’ll do better, I promise. Don’t stop loving me over this, ok? Plus, the riducule I faced after the wod is enough of a deterent to stop me from ever refusing to lift with you again. And I didn’t really say no…

    It was two PR day with 15 DU’s, thanks to Thi, and a few unassisted pull-ups! Yay!

    Vacation WOD @ Crossfit Buffalo:
    A) 3×5 Pistols each leg
    3×5 weighted Box Jumps (35# Dumbbells) – 20″

    B) Front Squats sets of 5 – 135, 155, 165

    C) On the minute – 1 Clean & Jerk (first two @ 155#, 3-5 @ 135#), 3 Muscle-up transitions, 5 Burpees – did 5 rounds. They then scaled the workout back to 2 Muscle-ups and 3 Burpees

    Nice people and owner of Crossfit Buffalo, but a “little” less organized than Hammerdown and Todd. Looking forward to a bunch more WODs there before getting back.

    Made the first rep @216 both times. Even though I got under it on the each of the second attempts I couldn’t stand it up.

    For the record:
    After the WOD I rested for a few minutes and made 216 x2. I would not be defeated ;)

    I went light at the start to work on form. Specifically, I worked on the full squat. Next time I will start at 155 and go from there since I am now gettimg the full squat.

    Elbows are not moving quick enough under the bar… At Least my squat look better then last time!

    Worked on pull ups, shoulder is finally getting strong enough to move down in bands. Also tried getting a few knees to elbows.
