A) Snatch – 2 from the hang, 1 from the floor.
B) Clean and Jerk – 2 from the the hang, 1 from the floor.

Worked up to 135 on the snatch, only smacking myself in the forehead once! Snatch was ugly and uncoordinated today.
Clean and jerk was 155. My jerk PR is 165, and that part of the left felt strong today.
Good lifting with Matt, Tim, and Jeff.

A) 115 – Getting better on this lift, still need to work on getting under the bar.

Vacation WOD at Crossfit Buffalo:
A) 3 sets of 15 beat swings – to work Kipping motion
3 sets of 10 chinups
B) front squats 3 x 5 – 135, 165, 185#
C) 10-8-6-4-2 rep power cleans @ 135#
25-20-15-10-5 Double unders
no squats or splits today. worked up to 78 on the power snatch (possibly a pr?), 98 on the power clean + push jerk (pr)
A) 85# – working on form (having trouble with squat)
B) 130# – no problems but wasn’t feeling well so I didn;t go higher
B. 83#, was able to get 1 clean/jerk at 93#
Need to work on form for both lifts, pulling early
A) 88# – did not receive in full squat
Practiced Kipping Pullups today and Coach Josh said I was doing them correctly! But I don’t know what I did! I hope I remember next time.
