Note: For part “a” clean; need to work on not pulling early, really getting elbows around faster and into a lower squat for heavy weight. For part “a” jerk; need to work on back leg positioning.
Can’t say it enough. IT IS SO AWESOME LIFTING WITH TOS! SHE IS SO FREAKING STRONG!

A) at 145, only 2 or 3 were ok – either not letting hook grip go to get elbows around or the dip is nonexistent. really tried to focus on not leaning forward at the start.
A) 95*3, 135*3, 165*1, 185*1, 195*1, 205 F (cleaned and jerked, but failed on the recovery), 205 F (failed on the jerk, even though the bar was 4″ over my head)
Previous best jerk of any kind was 165,nd 205 tied my clean PR, so I’m happy with today. It must be the new plates!
A: 115 x 3, 135 x 3, 145, 155, 165, 175 (pr by 8#, plus pr on clean), 185 (f) – the last time we did this my max was 123, so a 52# increase.
Note: I am afraid to clean 185, work on not being afraid.
B: 27 lazy squat cleans
