4.25 rounds @ 40# + 1 falling over during DB squats + 1 falling off pull up bar

3 rounds +Push Ups+FS +3S2O, 30# dumbells

20# DBs, knee pushups, red band pullups. First workout sticking with the red band the whole time.

3rds + push ups + FS + STO + 4 pull ups

@ 30#, red band

4 plus pushups, squats, and 6 STO. I choose 45# of suckiness.
