10 DB Front Squats guys 40 or heavier / ladies 30 or heavier
10 Dumbell Shoulder to overhead (same weight as F.S.)
15 Pullups

    Daniel – scaled it based on alot of fatigue from working out everyday while away.

    Did 35 Pullups on each end and 15 thrusters @ 95# in the middle.
