Yay Cleans! Hey what happened to that long video on box squating? Was just watching it then it disappeared! Do you agree with what that guy was saying Todd!?
Power Clean: 180# (PR)
Back Squat: 155#, 165#(x2), 175#
Note: 5# PR for the power clean; think I can get 185# next time. Got 205# for 5 rep scheme back on 01/23/2012, so did a little over the 80%, but only had time for 4 sets. Felt I could of gone about 10# heavier for the back squat.
