15 Minutes: Full Snatch Practice — Keep it light and work on one aspect of the lift that has been a problem for you. e.g., positioning off the floor, speed through the middle, pulling too early, etc.

    Hi Everyone, I am coming back to the States on Wednesday and I sold my car before I left. I am planning on buying one when I get back but until that time I am car less. Does anyone have an extra car that I could borrow / rent for a week or two? Thanks so much!!!

    Worked on snatch practice at 95 lbs. Need to catch the bar in a better position.

        I was all excited to be partners! I saw that this morning was my favorite Matt V gets to yell at me WOD and I was pumped. Then that Monroe tried to totally steal you away. I can’t say that I blame him, but he better not try it again.

    So wife is having contractions on and off today, thought it best I stay close to home. So I did this outside on the patio. Problem is, I don’t have increment plates yet (2.5/5lb) so it was either 65# or 95#. Went with 65# but added 25 reps for 100 Total.

    75 Reps @ 65#: 5:02 (Muscle Snatch)
    100 Reps @ 65#: 7:23 (Muscle Snatch)

    Warmed up with 115
