Pullups killed me on this one and my hands paid for it…3 rips and a blood blister.
19:19 rx – And a huge blood blister to go with it.
Hands are torn up but loved the WOD!

DUs only in the 1st round; Green band for PU, 26lbs KB

Tried to avoid it but big rip on last set of pullups…damn weak skin!

DNF: 6 Rnds + PUs + KBs + some singles. Did 4x singles and went to red band after a few rounds.
Pullups took all the time.
