Coach’s Notes: On the burpee box jump-overs, either clear the box with the jump or jump onto the box and down on the other side. Once you land on the other side of the box, you’ve completed one rep. Watch the video for how to properly do a full man maker using dumbbells! Rowing may start in heats if there are lots of people in each class.
