A very big thank you to all my coaches who covered my classes while I was out and a very special thank you to Coach Sarah who took you through another great week of programming. How did everyone like that Power Mill? I can’t wait to try that!!!

Saturday’s WOD:

7 Cycles of 3 minutes per cycle.

12 Pullups
3 Ground to Overhead 135/95
12 Pushups

Post number of breaks on pullups and pushups and your slowest time of the 7 cycles.

Coach’s Notes: Complete 12 pullups and 3 Ground to Overhead and 12 Pushups. Any remaining time in a cycle you have is rest.

    Shortest cycle – 0:56
    Longest – 1:40 – died on the last round.

    Scaled weight on Ground to OH – 105# (protecting hips and back before triathlon tomorrow)

    DNF…made it through 4 rounds + pullups on RD #5. Major tear, wasnt worth detroying the hands worse.

    For the first 4 rounds…no breaks. shortest was 0:52 longest was 1:27.

    Did 50 air squats for rounds 6 and 7 after a cleanup break during the rest of round 5.
