A) Power Clean
3,3,2,2,1,1,1, (Cap 20 minutes)

B) 10 Rounds for work
On a 2 minute clock, perform 2 Power cleans at 85% of your heaviest single
With remaining time in each 2 minute round attempt to complete 25 Hollow Rocks.

Post loads and total number of missed Hollow Rocks.

    The Tabata yesterday took alot out of me…I didn’t have much core strength today to grit out the heavier singles. And the hollow rocks helped me feel that even more!

    A) 95, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 155. The 155s were ugly. Got to learn to get under the bar fast.

    B) used 125#; switched to leg levers in 7th round, back was starting to tighten up. No misses on hallow rocks or leg levers.

    A) Worked up to 205*1. Failed at 215, which would have tied my PR.

    B) All cleans at 180, a little above 85%. I lost my hollow position pretty early, and instead of rocking I was doing the “slam your lower back into the ground like one of those cartoon cars driving on square wheels” thing. Switched to dying cockroaches after that.

    B) did first 4 rounds at 95# and felt bad that it was under rx so went to 100# for last 6 rounds. – all rounds under 1 minute
