Should have gone much heavier on the weight. It was a little too easy for me. Must mean my shoulder is finally getting stronger. Same can’t be said for the pull ups though…

Great class! started strong w/ 63# first round and no band, then dropped to 53# for last three (total 4) with red band. Tried to stay strict though!
