Rx the weights
3rds + 4 PU, 4 unassisted PU the rest on thin red band
5 rounds 95lbs and red band
3 rds + 10 squats + 5 pullups
58#, strict everything
WOD: 3 Rounds + 13 Reps Rx
3 rounds and 7 pull ups (green band) 35# press and squat
started at 63# but shaved down to 58#
used 1 and then 2 skinny red bands for pullups
4 rounds + 10 BS. 75#
4 rounds @ 75 no band
Mod: 10 Strict PUs, 10 Strict Press, 25 supermans
3 rounds plus superman plus PU’s (blue and red band)
Mod – 8 strict pulls, 8 presses, 8 lunges
red and then blue band on the strict pulls
5 rds + pull ups @ 45lbs and green band.
Should have gone much heavier on the weight. It was a little too easy for me. Must mean my shoulder is finally getting stronger. Same can’t be said for the pull ups though…
4 rds + 5 Pullups. 80#.
6 rds + 2 Pullups rx
The only excuse I can come up with for you beating me today by 2 reps is that your bar was closer to your pull up spot ;)
Great class! started strong w/ 63# first round and no band, then dropped to 53# for last three (total 4) with red band. Tried to stay strict though!

mod : 25 supermans for back squats (knee)
3 rds + SM + 8PU / 75#
4 Rounds + 10 Pullups @ 80#
4 rounds + 5 pullups (2.5 rounds at 85#, 1.5 at 75#)
3 rounds + 10 presses + 10 bs + 5 pullups (RX weight, red & blue band for pullups)
6 rounds Rx
4+15, I think.
