3 Power cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    Total Reps: 307

    Note: On 04/28/2012 got 292 reps, so a 15 rep improvement. WOOHOO!!!! Managed to get 4 rounds for the first two rounds. Next time will shoot for 4 rounds for the first 3 rounds.

    Sunday “Chief” Makeup WOD at NickyB’s Garage Box:

    6 rds (108 reps)
    4 rds + PC (75 reps)
    4 rds (72 reps)
    3 rds + PC + PU + 1 AS (64 reps)
    3 rds + PC + PU + 2 AS Rx (65 reps)

    20 rds + 24 extra reps in round = 384 total reps (96 reps better than April and 4 full rounds without counting the extra reps!)
