A) stuck at 105 today. Pulled from floor tho.
B) 8:26 rx
A) 205. Tried 220 but lost my position as soon as I came off the ground, and had no chance.
B) 13:18. Once I got rolling on the Double Unders they were actually decent.
A) 175#. Pulled 185 fine. Didn’t rotate the elbows. I really got work on rotating the elbows fast.
B) 15:50. All singles on DU’s. Next step is to really work on the DU’s.

A) 165. Went really light to work on technique.
B) 16:08 RX. Believe it or not, but the double unders is what killed my time.
A) 175# , 195# Fail – backed down on weight and worked form. Need to be more explosive + drive with hips.
