5 Hang Snatches 95/65 (receive in a full squat)
10 KTE

    B) 4+14. I felt a tear coming in round 1 and slowed down trying to avoid it. Finally tore on the snatches in round 5.

    I was really happy to RX this. My PR is 115 so 95 is pretty high. I wasn’t fast, but the weight felt good.
