20# GTO, 25# squats, knee pushups, blue band pullups
Got through 3 rounds then did something to my elbow, finished the last 7 minutes or so alternating between deadlifts and squats.
Did push ups on toes until started to worm then went to knees. Used blue band for pull ups. 20lb dumb bells.
4 rds @ 30# + 8 pull-ups. Green Band on pull-ups. Did not need to scale pushups. DNF
4 rounds plus Front Squats, Push Ups and 1 GTO – 35#, real pushups! and bands for the pull ups
23:26. 30# squats, Switched to 25# push press in place of GTO rounds 4,5
Mod air squats for FS
5×10 GHD and Pistols
DNF. 4 rds + FS + push ups + 6 GTO Rx
First time for Rx on pull ups!!!!!!
