A) Snatch – 20 minute cap. Work up to a Heavy Single.

B) 2×3 Snatch Pulls at your finishing weight. 5 minute cap.

C) Half Karen @ 20/14 & 10/9 ft targets

    A) 155, barely failed at 165, which would have been a 5# PR. If I had 5 more minutes I would have nailed it.

    C) 4:13. I love wall balls! (If I keep saying that it will be true, right?)
