A) 155, barely failed at 165, which would have been a 5# PR. If I had 5 more minutes I would have nailed it.
C) 4:13. I love wall balls! (If I keep saying that it will be true, right?)
Note: PR for snatch is 130. Haven’t come close to the PR for months now. Unlike Jon, I hate wall balls and I will continue to hate and say that I hate wall balls.
The secret to PRs – better outfits!
