8:00 (PR) – 2:15 better than July.
Strung together 35 DUs in a row in the 40 set, which is a huge personal best!
Note: 18 seconds slower than last time. Didn’t have the DU mojo today. Stumbled many times and rope got knotted up when I threw it down after the set of 40.
Getting better at the DU’s. Let’s hope everything else improves as well.

14:20 Singles except for the round of 10 which were DU’s.
11:55 RX. Both DU and SU are weaknesses…
10:22 rx…jump rope broke in first 50
12:42 (mostly singles with several attempts at the DU’s)
9:37 rx sit ups are a big weak spot for me, also fighting ab cramps the whole time
11:33 – 4x singles. Improved by 2:22 from April!
singles on new jump rope, could not get my rhythm down. oh, and my sit ups sucked.

Whoops! I messed up my math! I actually got 10:10!! First time doing Annie and with DU’s
8:55 Rx PR. That’s 3 minutes better than in May. Woohoo!!!!
It was the sit-ups that slowed me down. Gotta work on them.

12:27 MOD (1/2 Annie w/ Row for calories and situps)… quite a drop from my PR but to even try and tackle Annie 2 months after back surgery is respectable. Good to be back… pun intended.
16:50 singles, got really winded today for some reason.

12:00 single unders
8:50rx…Did at home…used different rope that made a huge difference,
6:45…..though i did not miscount my double unders today…I did an extra 7 double unders anyway.
6:11 Rx (PR)
17:05…proud to say I honestly did 4x all the double unders since I can only do singles
13:27 with 4x singles.
13:52…….50 double the rest were singles!!
