Alway fun to realize ones weakness. Looks like after I figure out double unders I really need to work on lunges. I only got 12 done today.
(35lb for lunge, 18 inches for box jumps-stacked weights)

Mod: 1 pd KB for box jumps (calf injury)
sluggish (bad food/sleep) but lunges were a PR; shoulder finally starting to come around

-started at the beginning…a very good place to start
Box jumps = 121
Burpees = 49
Lunges = 83
Sit up’s = 84
Total = 337 Rx
This is the first time I have box jumped since April / May so it was a good night. Now time for a rest day…….or two :)
Did at home:
259 (MOD of Lunge with 35 # weight at chest level instead of overhead) all the rest Rx
