REMINDERS: Halloween Havoc this Saturday. No regular classes. If you are not signed up and want to volunteer we NEED YOU! Also, there will be a beer tent. I know that is absolute torture for all you Paleo Challengers but this is going to be a lot of fun! Costumes are encouraged.

    Note: Usually the back screams at me w/ running/lifting WODs from the get go. Felt relatively good compared to the norm, except at the very end which I felt a little but could keep going. Next time should go with 45#’s.

    3 Front Squat
    2 Push Jerk
    10 Situps

    Completed: 7 rounds + 4 Cleans, 3 Front Squat, 2 Push Jerk, 9 Situps; Did the 10th situp to complete 8 rounds for good measure.

    Looking at the sweaty muscle guys gruelling through it, I feel like I should have pushed harder. Maybe just crisper moves, deeper squats or maybe should have gone heavier. I LOVE cardio workouts (even with no lung capacity)! 24 weeks
