Nice lifting with Jason and Terry!

  14. Jon says:

Oh yeah – I left a tub of protein at the box. After it was delivered I got an e-mail saying that it wasn’t as sweet as it should have been. It is coffee flavored, and if you like coffee you may like this – iced coffee anyone? I don’t like coffee (some of the tasters said this stuff tastes like a chocolate malt, so I decided to get it). Anyway, it’s there, give it a shot and if you like it it’s yours.

I tried to fill in Leo’s shoes today at the 7 AM class by lifting with Dean, but after each lift Dean would put the weight back on the rack and say, “If Leo was here I would have had a PR. Travis, why don’t you go back to the 6 AM?”

    • Leo says:

      Ha very hard to believe

      • Dean says:

Travis you pushed me when I didn’t feel like pushing myself. I really appreciate it. You were motivational especially having the mindset of go big or go home. I needed the push to try the 185′s just to keep up. You sir are amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed lifting with you! You are welcome at 7 am anytime!
