The full-service Hammer Down CrossFit facility is located in Chantilly, Virginia at  14080-E Sullyfield Circle, Chantilly, VA  20151.  The gym is easy to access from both Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, including the following locations:  Chantilly, Fairfax, Centreville, South Riding, Oak Hill, Greenbriar, Reston, Herndon, Tyson’s Corner, Manassas, Vienna, Oakton, and more. Hammer Down Strongman (High Intensity, Functional Movement, with non traditional gym implements. Learn how to flip a tire, pick up a heavy stone, heavy keg, work grip strength, etc.)
Sundays: 10:00 AM
Tuesdays: 4:30 PM

CrossFit Striking (A CrossFit class with the added element of striking (heavy bags, focus mitts, etc.)
Sunday’s 9:00 AM

Pilates for CrossFitters (A Pilates class that works those tight areas usually found in the squat and overhead position)
Saturday’s 7:00 AM
