Part B) AMRAP 12
1 Muscle Up (Bar or Rings)
5 Power Clean and Push Jerks @ 60% of your heavy single
10 Bar Facing Burpees

Coach’s Notes: Do 2 MU transitions for each Muscle Up, or 4 Chest to Bar Chinups and 4 Ring Dips.
