Coach’s Notes: Oly lifting is coming this week… This is a great video regardless of clean or snatch. Highly recommend a viewing and it’s short and to the point.

“Hope”

Three rounds of:
Burpees
75/55 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24/20″ box
75/55 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

Project Hope WOD: Mark your calendars. Saturday June 9th, we will be doing this exact workout down on the National Mall with about 1000 other badass CrossFiters. We will be raising money for St. Judes Children Hospital.

Chest to Bar Pullups
Thrusters 95/65
Box Jumps 30/24
Power Snatch 95/65
