AMRAP 12 21 Med Ball Cleans 25/20 21 Leg Levers 21 Hollow Rocks 21 Ball Slams 30/25 Coach’s Notes: Once you begin an exercise you must complete the set of 21 reps without pause. Any pause is an immediate 5 Burpee penalty before proceeding back into the round. You may pause between exercises without penalty.
