NOTES: There will be one regular class at 7:00 AM on Saturday. No need to sign up. Just Show UP. Foundations/Jump Start will meet at 8:00 AM. Sign in for the gymnastics seminar begins at 9:30. Registration for the event will close at NOON Friday. The Instructor came by the box this morning and hooked up a really cool training device to assist with Muscle Up training, Ring Hand Stand Pushups, Iron Crosses…. It’s going to be a cool event.

Tabata the following:
Wall Ball Shots 20/16 10 ft target
Slam Balls 30/25#
Kettle Bell Swings 1.5/1 pood
Overhead Walking Lunges 45/35#

Tabata the following:

Squats
Pushups (yes they count to total pushup goal of 3000)
Kettle Bell Swing 2 pood/1.5 pood
Row

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are squats, followed by pushups, then Kettlebell swings, and row.

Coach’s Notes: Since we are limited by the number of rowers we will have people start in different stations.
